SMART Recovery is a science-based addiction support group where people learn self-empowering skills and support each other in their recovery. No matter what your addiction, SMART Recovery can help you change.
What makes SMART Recovery different?
SMART Recovery advocates choice so that those seeking recovery can choose what works best for them from a "tool box" of methods and strategies. The goal of SMART Recovery is for you to achieve a healthy, positive, balanced lifestyle and to move on when you feel confident your addictive behavior is behind you, rather than remaining a permanent participant in the program.

Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is an innovative method that painlessly eliminates the negative influences from traumatic events. This integrative approach completely resolves the psychological and physiological effects of trauma.
The cutting-edge approach to healing and positive change utilizes precise multilevel hypnotic communication. Unlike other approaches to trauma treatment which require the client to experience painful emotions while reliving the trauma, RRT clears the effects of trauma gently and painlessly.
The exact traumatic event needing resolution is brought to mind even if it has been represses or forgotten. The client realizes fully and through every facet of their mind and body that their experiences are finished and gone. Negative emotions are replaced with energy and peace and self-destructive behavioral patterns disappear.
